Connecting Meta
One Meta sign-in covers Ads, Facebook Page, and Instagram:

Other platforms (roadmap)
Google Ads and Meta are available today. We are also planning connections for:
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Shopify advertising signals
- Apple Search Ads
When a platform launches, the connection flow will match Google and Meta: Integrations → select the platform → secure sign-in → choose accounts → wait for the first sync.
Tip: Managing Connections
Manage, refresh, or disconnect platforms anytime from Connect / Settings → Connections. Disconnecting removes synced data for that connection (see Data Deletion).

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Kai?
Kai is Kampalo's AI marketing assistant. Ask plain-language questions about your Google Ads and Meta performance; Kai answers from your synced data and highlights which campaigns to scale. Learn more on the Kai page.
How often is data synced?
Data typically syncs every 4–6 hours. You can refresh manually from the dashboard. Kai uses the same synced stats—it does not call Google or Meta live inside chat.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export reports in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats from any report view. Premium and Enterprise plans also offer API access for programmatic data retrieval.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure OAuth connections, and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
What happens if I disconnect a platform?
Disconnecting an integration permanently deletes synced data for that connection—there is no recovery. See our data deletion instructions before you disconnect.
